Welcome to all new members that have joined us this past month.
Thank you for taking the time to check us out and joining in on
the fun. Please take the time to get to know us and join us in
some tourneys and take a minute to explore our league websites.
You will find a lot of helpful information there.
Welcome CatzGuy32 (Rob) to our hosting staff! Rob is new to us
but not to the league world. He is Robzgirl32s (Cat) OTHER half.
So come watch the sparks fly when they are hosting. LOL! Rob we
hope you enjoy your new home with your TrueGoldFriends and host
lots of tours.
Did you know we also have a custom website? You can get to it by
clicking the link on our main page that says TGF.com or just go

On our TGF site you can access past newsletters, our fun message
board, TGF birthday board, and other fun stuff.
If you haven't noticed already, we have made some changes on our
website. We now have all our game rules listed in one place.
Just click on Game Rules, then on the game, and scroll down to
see the rules. The rules you will be seeing in the game rooms
now will be short and sweet. Also for your convenience we have
all the rules posted on our tourney page. To see them, just
click on Rules. If you have any questions, just contact a host.
Also a new addition to our website is the Backdoor link. When a
room is full, just click on the game you want to join and it
should take you there. Sometimes you have to keep trying and
sometimes even the backdoors don't work so if this happens and
there are a few that can't get in, we will move the tourney to a
temporary room so make sure you have us on your friends list so
you can follow us.
We would also like to invite you to listen to
URRADIO.COM where they play
a variety of music all the time. They also have their own
toolbar for your convenience or you can click the Your Radio
link on our webpage. They take request and you can dedicate your
favorite song to anyone. Their representatives which they call
promos, visit tourneys all the time. Last month we were
fortunate twice. They are very nice and a lot of fun. They even
mentioned us on the radio.
We are pleased to announce that we added World Class Solitaire
to our lineup. We will also add Monopoly Slots and Lottso
Express as soon as they are released. If there is a game you
would like us to add, let us know and we'll see if we can find a
room to host in.
Check our Tourney Calendar and our Message Board regularly for
news and special tourneys. Here is a list of special tourneys
that we host. All give you a chance to win a few extra bux.
TOURNAMENT OF CHAMPIONS (TOC) - By invite only for the previous
month's winners.
BIRTHDAY BASH - To celebrate everyone having a birthday this
month.
PLAYER APPRECIATION DAY - To show our appreciation for our
friends that join us every day and support us.
LEAGUE VS LEAGUE - Once a month we play our "sister" league the
Wins and have such great fun. They are the best!
PEEK-A-BOO - Also known as follow the host.
TRIVIA LOTTSO - A gamed filled with a bunch of useless
information.
SUNDAY SINGLES - Every other Sunday a morning filled with Single
Elimination Tourneys.
TGIF BINGO - Every Friday morning big bux Bingo.
3/3 BINGO - Once a week play 3 games a round for 3 rounds.
SATURDAY NIGHT REQUEST NITE - Ask any host to host your favorite
game.
EVERYDAY REQUEST - Ask any host anytime to host your favorite
game.
RANK DAY - On Thursdays for the month of March you get a chance
to jump up the ladder fast.
DAILY TRIVIA - Play trivia daily for a chance to win 1000 bux at
the end of the month.
GREAT 8 - Any tourney hosted by LuckyStaar that has 8 or more
players, there will be an extra 1000 for the winner!
Even though we try to set tourneys as far in advance as we can,
sometimes we find ourselves with some extra time on our hands
and set some tourneys so make sure we have your IM addy so we
may let your know or you can check the calendar often.
We, the TGF Staff would like to apologize in advance if we don't
start our tourneys on time. We try hard to get there early but
sometimes are delayed. We also appreciate when you get there
early too. If you are delayed for any reason, just let us know
and we'll either take you out of the tourney or in most cases we
don't mind waiting for you. As you know, we have the best
members ever and the most understanding. Thank you for that and
believe me it does not go unnoticed. We support the open door
policy and if there are any problems whatsoever, we do
everything in our power to rectify it. Special Recognitions this

To all our members whom we haven't seen in a very long time, we
miss seeing and playing with you and hope you pop in sometime to
say hi and let us know you are doing well. Please try to play at
least one game every 3 weeks to stay an active player.
Do you like to play with your friends? Are you a dedicated
friend who loves to compete in tourneys? Do you have an hour or
more free time a week? Then we are looking for you. Come join
our staff and have some fun. To apply, click on the Tournaments
tab on our main page, scroll down to the bottom on the right
side and send us an application.
Did you ever wonder what the heck to do with all your ladderbux
that seem useless? Check out the redeem section and see what you
can get. If you would like to post a special message on our main
page, you can use your bux to purchase a billboard. Log into
your account and under My Options click Redeem Ladderbux. Scroll
down to the bottom and choose Ladder Billboard. It's great if
you would like to announce a birth, or wish someone a Happy
Birthday, or even Thank someone special.
