I'd like to introduce you to two of our new staff members. Come help us welcome Spy and Calicokitten to our family. They've both been members for a long time and decided to jump behind the scenes and have some more fun. We are glad to have you as part of our staff and know you'll both be a great asset to our friends.
Congrats to Brenda (brend), Tina (tinamug) and Linda (klthome) on becoming HTDs. You are all great hosts and are always there when your friends need you. Thank you for all you do, you are very much appreciated.
Get Well Wishes to All our Friends~
To all our friends that have been under the weather or have loved ones that are ill, we wish you the very best and a speedy recovery.
Many of you have asked about our missing host and we hope they will be back hosting in full swing soon. Kevin has been busy with work and been hit by that old nasty winter bug. And even though he's sicker than a "junk yard dog", he still pops in to say hi to all his friends. Teri (Bored) is super busy with school and work. Paula (Stress) has been taking care of her wonderful son, Kurtis who misses all of you in morning Bingo very much and said to say hi to all. Also her computers been out of commission and hopes it will be fixed soon. Can you imagine being without your computer for more than a day? I sure can't. LOL! Linda (klthome) has also been hit by that nasty winter bug but is now feeling better and will be back soon. Tiffany (typhani) has been helping her fiancé recuperate from a near fatal accident. We hope all is well and has a speedy recovery. She will be back hosting soon. Nancy (nncy) has decided to step down from hosting due to her health but when she gets better, we hope she will rejoin our staff so we wish you a very speedy recovery.
Last month we lost a member and a very good friend of mine of over 40 years to Cancer. She didn't play much but she loved the Piggy's and Canasta. Playing with her friends helped pass the time while she was home sick. Her sister is raising money for the American Cancer Society and will be going on a 500 mile bike ride for the cause. If you would like to donate to this cause, go to Relay For Life. You are under no obligation to donate this is only if you want to. In appreciation for your donation, I will gift you tourney bux and give you a big TGF ((((((hug))))).

We have many TDs that are willing to host for you in whatever game you like to play. All you have to do is give us a shout and we are there. Also, if you have any ideas for special games, just let us know and we'll see what we can do.
When you win a tourney, did you ever wonder why someone else received more bux than you? It's because they are premium members. Premium memberships help support your league. It gives us better servers, excellent member support, and the opportunity to donate gifts during tourneys.
There are 3 kinds of memberships; gold, platinum, and diamond. With a diamond you get 6 times the normal amount of bux for playing. When you save enough tourney bux, you can get some good prizes. Someone in our league one got a laptop with her bux. Other stuff they offer is movies, cameras, DVD players and more. If you are a platinum or diamond member, you can use your membership in other leagues and move bux around and gift bux to other members. A Note from your Admins~
All of our Hosts including us Admins are volunteers. We do not get paid or receive any gifts or special prizes for hosting tournaments. What we DO get is the enjoyment of hosting tourneys for all our friends / members and enjoy playing when others host.
We all make MISTAKES, we are SOMETIMES late, and YES we even FORGET sometimes we have tourneys set. So when this occurs, PLEASE remember that TGF Host are PEOPLE and FELLOW MEMBERS just like you and I. When we do make a mistake, we rectify it as soon as we can, usually within 24 hours. Sometimes real life just gets in the way of all our fun and we apologize in advance.
Bottom line is we would like to thank you for being The Best! We definitely have the most patient, fun loving friends anyone could ask for.
